- Repeat if Needed: Want to create more than one custom set with different photos? Simply repeat the process.
Once you’ve uploaded your photo and selected your set, just add it to cart and we’ll take care of the rest.

We currently create cats and dogs only — any breed, any fur pattern, any color.
Exotic animals are not available yet.
How do I upload a photo?
After choosing your options, simply upload your photo after you add to cart.
Best type of photo:
- Clear front-facing picture
- Good lighting
- Shows your pet’s face and main markings
How custom is the human figure?
We personalize hair color, hairstyle, skin tone, clothing colors, and some accessories.
It’s a stylized brick-style figure, not a photorealistic portrait.
How long does it take to make my order?
Production time is usually 3–7 business days.
Shipping usually takes 7–12 days depending on your location.
What if I don’t like the final design?
Because each set is handmade and custom-built, we cannot offer refunds for preference-based issues.
If there is damage, missing pieces, or a major design error, we will replace it free of charge.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our international warehouse with secure packaging and tracked delivery.
